YÖRPAŞ (Yörpaş Yöresel Yiyecekler Pazarlama A.Ş), which includes Turkey’s number one franchise leader Komagene, produces comprehensive products and services in the fields of production, marketing, sales, logistics, and franchising. YÖRPAŞ facilities, established on a closed area of 11,000 square meters in Kocaeli Gebze with a daily production capacity of 150 tons of Bulgur wheat tartar, is a ‘taste base’ equipped with the latest technology. The high-tech machines, available only at Yörpaş in Turkey, increase the sustainability of production, offering more efficient and high-potential options.

At YÖRPAŞ, which contains Bereket Döner, Komagene, Üstade, and İllaki, every stage of production is controlled and reported by continuous smart automation, ensuring product quality, food safety, and hygiene rules. The quality and taste of the products are ensured by adhering to health and hygiene rules from the purchasing process to storage, from production to distribution.
In addition, Yörpaş, which has 14 regional warehouses in different parts of Turkey and a fleet of 150 vehicles, 13 of which are trucks with the highest level of cold chain transportation capacity, is also a pioneer in the sector in terms of logistics equipment.
YÖRPAŞ is audited by international independent organizations apart from the authorized public authorities. The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification services ensure YÖRPAŞ’s compliance with multiple food safety standards. In 2021, YÖRPAŞ was awarded the IFS and BRCGS certificates, given only to giant companies in the global food super league. Additionally, YÖRPAŞ facilities hold the Covid-19 Safe Production Certificate, FSSC 22000, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Halal certificates issued by TSE in 2020.
